Payments for featured listings, promoted placements, or advertising are generally non-refundable once processed and displayed on the platform.
Conditions for Refund
In limited circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges or technical failures), refunds may be considered. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
